Frequently Asked Questions

Palomar College's Spam Firewall is configured to help detect and prevent spam messages from reaching email inboxes.
When the Spam Firewall knows that a message is 100% spam, it blocks it so you do not have to waste time deleting it. If the firewall is not 100% sure a message is spam, it will be quarantined for your review. You will receive an email once a day if any messages become quarantined.

Below are answers to some frequently asked questions.  If you have any other questions, please email the helpdesk (helpdesk@palomar.edu) or call ext. 2140.
